I found them a little bit ago. Turns out that they are more commonly known as Fire Tetras. For some reason, I couldn't find them under the name Von Rio. But I thought the fire tetra looked a bit like it, and sure enough, on a Fire Tetra profile from another site, it mentioned that they are known as the Von Rio tetra sometimes.

In the US they're usually called Flame Tetras. Like Glowlights and Red Phantoms, by the way, those sold in stores greatly vary in the intensity and beauty of their red color -- Sacramento's main fish store has some very nice ones right now. They're also supposed to be unusually easy to breed as Tetras go -- but, like Neons and Red Phantoms, they also prefer temperatures a few degrees cooler than your average Tropical.
