6+ Boehlkea fredcochui (Cochu's Blue Tetra) with 6+ Hyphessobrycon bentosi rosaceus (Rosy Tetra) make a nice change from the usual suspects.

Cardinals, Neons, Black Neons & Congo. I have never kept Rummynose, but I'm thinking of another tank.

I like my pristellas quite a bit They were pretty colorless in the store, but now that they've settled, they've got really nice colors and are really active.

Used to have neons, I always thought their colors were a bit...obnoxious

Rummynoses school the best and are just gorgeous! I also really like congos.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

Mine are cardinals, lemons and diamonds.

Orange Von Rio's and Cochu's blue tetras are my favorites. Cochu's blues should be kept with other quick fish, and not with fish with long flowing fins, though.

Congo tetras. I would rather have an adult male congo then an emperor.

Let's hear it for the adult male Blue Emperor! (You didn't think I was going to name a familiar one, did you?) But then, if we're also going to include pseudo-tetras, let's hear it for the Three-Striped and (adult male) Red Arc Pencilfish!

In the more familiar categories, I love Cardinals (doesn't everyone)? But I also love Cochu's Blues and Diamonds; a pity I have so much trouble keeping both of them.
