if i was to get a school of 6 black widdows in my 40gal with my 2 angels.. is it possible that they will nip the angels fins .. or is it nothing to worry about??

Black widows, like most disc-shaped tetras, have a nasty habit of sometimes nipping fins, plants, and anything else in-between.

I would suggest upping the number to 8-10. The larger number of fish means that the aggression would be amongst themselves, and they would be less likely to terrorize other tank denizens.

Yes, they can nip at your Angels. It is said that if you add more, they'll nip less. So, i think it's better to have 10 Black Widows to lessen their aggression.
