castlequest![]() Fish Addict Posts: 661 Votes: 0 Registered: 15-Feb-2003 ![]() ![]() | I saw some diamond tetras in the lfs near me. I was wondering if they could be kept in a 10g and if so how many? If not are they too nippy to be kept with angels? thanks! |

A 10 gal. is a bit too small for a school & i don't recommend it. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |

My 29s both have angels so I can't go with nippy things, and I'm not setting any of the 10s up if they can't go in them. They don't sell cardinals around here anyway though. thanks ![]() |

For tetras they're rather active fish. Mine make full use of the space they have in a 30 gallon tank, in a 29 they just wouldnt have the ammount of swimming room they need. As stated they are quite large fish, and combined with their activity level I would say no in this case. ^_^[hr width='40%'] The life, the love, You die to heal.
