If you are talking about red bellied piranhas, i succesfully had three in a 55 for a couple years, make sure you keep them well fed, they did have a tendency to turn on each other if they got hungry.

Have you considered Silver Dollars?
They look very similar to piranha and
you could have a nice school of them
in there.

3 wood b the max as they arent that active but they do grow large n are powerful fish
make sure u keep alot of filtration n clean water
