Heres some options for you:
Rummynose Tetra
Cardinal Tetra
Lemon tetra
Silvertip tetra
Neon Tetra
Pristella Tetra
Glowlight Tetra
Also, up the number of Corys to at least 6,
They do best in the largest group possible.

Why don't you forget the ottos and do a really nice school of a tetra and get a good number of the cories.

You might want to check your other post, the tank would be overstocked with the 4 rams and 2 angels. I explained in the other post for you

But a nice school of Cardinal Tetras would be nice in there, or even rummynose tetras Just remember to stop by your other thread

Yeah, uh, you really want to cut down on your cichlids. In fact, I would choose between the rams and the angels; should the angels start pairing off, you'll have dead rams in no time; especially in a tank that small. And if the rams go at it, the angelfish won't have any fins left by the time the ram spawn hatches.

Ideally, park the Rams and the Angels in their own separate species aquaria. Where they'll thrive and spawn for you and produce lots of nice young that you can sell back to your LFS to pay for upgrades! Then, increase the Cory school in the vacated aquarium once the Angels and Rams are rehoused, then think about your Tetra school.

Personally, once the space was created by rehousing the Rams and Angels, I'd go for Rosy Tetras if you can find them. Drop dead gorgeous, nice and peaceful (though the males joust with each other a lot as maturity beckons!) and pretty good spawners too. If you want something bright, colourful yet pretty bomb proof in the hardiness stakes, Lemons are a favourite standby that will produce vast numbers of young provided you use an egg trap in the breeding aquarium!
