	Floor falling thru cuz of 2 many aquariums?
fishkid99 Enthusiast Posts: 252 Kudos: 218 Votes: 39 Registered: 07-Dec-2005	Has anyones floor fallen thru becuz of too many aquariums? I was just curious cuz i have a (4) fish tanks on my 2nd floor. I dont think it will happen but if i add another id be afraid it would fall thru. If anyone has ever had that happen to them or others(remmber cuz of fish tanks) share your story! enjoy >>>----> <----<<< pnh

But if you just have a couple small tanks (basically anything less than 30 gallons), I don't think you should have any problems even if they aren't placed on supporting walls. But if you've got like a 55 in the middle of yer living room you'd have problems Most people either keep their big tanks along supporting walls, or in the basement. I personally opted for the basement option, and I haven't had any problems with tanks crashing thru the floor (quite naturally)
