That's what I'm thinking, too.
I really don't think flossing will extend your lifespan unless you are fated to die from plaque buildup and wearing a seatbelt will not extend your lifespan unless you are fated to die in a car crash.
This is why I don't put a lot of value in these kinds of quesitonnaires.

I must be one of the unhealthiest people around, just cos I dont drink, and my grandma lived to a 100 it reckons im gonna live to 75? Its gotta be wrong.

I smoke like a chimney, already had a heart attack (from injury not ill health) eat almost exclusively meat, dont exercise (unless you count running towards food) and have high work stress, my blood pressure is horrific. How long do you reckon i'll live? Sure aint to 75...although to be fair my dad has got to 79, but then he did have 4 strokes and 2 heart attacks.. so maybe, I dunno..
