I didn't mind No Doubt but the pop princess thing she's doing now makes me want to gag. As for Linkin Park.....I'm guessing most people voting for them have never seen them live. Ahh the miracles of post-production. I had to sit through a Linkin Park show at the family values tour in Toronto so I could see Stone Temple Pilots.

I only post this because I wanted to let Joe Potato know that as sad as it is to write a song based on Fiddler on the Roof, it is practically pathetic doing a cover version for such a song. Yes, sometimes during the 90s, I think it was 93, someone whose name I never knew anyway did that Rich Girl song and Ms. Stefani is just doing a cover version to that. It must have been a minor hit if I have actually heard it at the time, being the musical snob that I am. I also don't really appreciate her cover version to Talk Talk's "It's my life", but I generally don't like cover versions. The only thing they (usually) cover is the coverer's lack of creativity. Guess all that means I have to vote for Linkin Park, but I'm too old. And I am a musical snob, after all.
