to have another Aquascaping Contest?
I see other sites manage to hold one every
month...
When is our next one? I think my tank is almost
ready...

That is in the hands of the resident Babelfish, who I bellieve
is currently very busy. It is up to her to decide wether he
wishes to plan another one or if she wants to pass the baton
to someone else. I would love to have another Aquascaping
contest but my tank is nowhere near ready enough for one
(though I doubt oit will ever be)

Apart from Babelfish a board of judges has to be selectd and
we have to have sufficient interest to make the contest
worthwhile.

Per Master Adams request the aquascaping contest has been put on hold till the rewrite of the site is completed as it'll have features devoted to contests.

Once the rewrite is complete (and hopefully fully tested ) I'll begin the process which involves advertising as well as judge selection. It's great to hear people are getting their tanks in order and thinking of the contest, matty hopefully there'll be a saltwater section this time around for you to enter into.

My tanks are not super cool. I am learning but I would love to see a compatition on this site. Way cool!

Last time I talked with him about it ( this morning )....the projected plan is to have it up and running in the next few months....however plans change .

I'd like to have it same time as last years contest, around the beginning of 2006, we'll see how it goes...keep your eyes open .
