As they stand now are:

FreshWater Planted: For freshwater jungles, well planted, even lightly planted tanks. If the emphasis is on the design of the plants, even realistic fake plants enter your tank in this category.


FreshWater Non Planted: For tanks where the aquascaping emphasis is on wood or rock. Can include a few realistic fake or live plants.

Salt Water: Both Reef and FOWLR.I understand why these should be two separate categories, if there are a minimum of 5 of each entry I will create separate categories for them.

Themed Tanks: Both SW and FW, if your tank has a special theme enter it here. Specially designed betta bowls, FO tanks, and non-realistic plants may also be entered here

what about rocks and plant in a tank what would that come under?

Sounds perfect, Babel! Really like the new setup (not to imply the old one was bad, of course), looking forward to entering. And I hope some non-reef SW tanks get entered - I love reefs as much as the next person, but FO tanks are often fun, although there aren't too many around these days without live rock in the main tank.

!!! so do I, so do I. When I was looking for examples of FOWLR, and FO tanks, I had the hardest time ....of course it could also be that I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for. I did find one FOWLR tank that I was just blown away by....

thanks bable i will enter for sure but can i put two difrent tanks in the compation?

ill try and enter... if i can finish my roll of film with other stuff so i can process it.
