Falstaf... can you help me? | |
littleslicknick Fingerling Posts: 40 Registered: 19-Mar-2004 | Falstaf, I heard you are amazing at designing tanks. I have a 20 gallon that currently has black gravel, a black background, 2 chunks of slate (like the size of cinder blocks), and water. I want to stock it with a puffer I think. Any thoughts on what I should do? Thanks for the help. -Nick |

Falstaf Fish Addict Posts: 785 Kudos: 1211 Votes: 196 Registered: 12-Feb-2004 | Hi! Ok here it is, i actually like it a lot, it's quite simple because puffers are a bit small, so they have to outstand the aquascape. so i used 4 pieces of slate instead of 2. Plants are: -java fern (attached to the slate) -Anubias bateri var. nana (attached to the slate also in front of the java fern and where the slates touch eachother) -Aponogeton undulatus (background) -Vallisneria Americana (giant val) -Crokskrew val -Cryptocoryne wendtii "brown" (sides) -Lilaeopsis -Cabomba, hornwort, or water whisteria (back right, depending on light conditions) [span class="edited"][Edited by Falstaf 2004-07-23 15:58][/span] Falstaf attached this image: [img]http://www.fishprofiles.net/attachments/401687.jpg"] |
