Stocking: x5 sailfin poec. xas many as I can get ahold of gamusia x2 knight gobies Plantage: chain swords java/christmas moss anubias nan petite dwarf hairgrass crypto wendtii brown Hyro polysperma Decor: Driftwood, Mangrove root tangles Substrate: Flourite laced with sand Question: how does one perserve the branches and root tangles while keeping them submerged? I'm not fond of having to replace them week upon week. Suggestions? Comments? |

Few people realize, by the way, that sailfin mollies get niiice and big. Trust me, I kept a 6 incher once. A gorgeous sight, but very big. So make sure you have a good sized tank. And well. They also poo like plecos, so calling them plecos isnt too far off |

I haven't actually set up the tank yet--it's a work in progress, but from what I gather, fresh branches eventually rot away in tanks, and need to be replaced periodically. Me being a lazy fellow, I'd prefer not to have to do this. :[ |

Also, I've all but given up on the gambusia, as I can't seem to find them anywhere. Last edited by Cup_of_Lifenoodles at 28-Feb-2005 21:27 |

It's more like cold blue ice in her heart. She feels like kicking out all the windows. And setting fire to this life." |
