anarcharis and hornwort | |

Right now, i just have the anarcharis up front, up against the glass (Mainly to hide the filter, but not block it from working.) The hornwort is just floating around in the tank. Are there any other plants that would go well with these? The anarcharis grows probably a foot and a half every 2 weeks, and the hornwort probably grows around 5" every other week. (Just to give you guys an idea) The lighting is 5500K bulbs, giving the tank 1.7 WPG (If im not mistaken) Im doing this to my 20 Long tank BTW. (2 bulbs) |

Its real, the pain you feel. The life, the love, You die to heal. The hope that starts, The broken hearts... I’ve got another confession my friend, I’m no fool. I’m getting tired of starting again, Somewhere new." that bit of poetory i stole from one of Babelfish's post's |

Im really not good with plants, and the only plants i know are hornwort and anarcharis.. so i dont really know much. I usually dont check pH, but it is usually around 7.0-6.6 |

You have enough light to grow other plants if you want to diversify the tank, but here's pics from when I had anacharis and hornwort in my tank, to maybe give you ideas (I'm no aquascaper): --- http://justanothertank.com |

I've got my hornwort weighted down with a couple lead weights in the middle of it settin' in front of the driftwood, growing toward the lights above... There's not much you can do with hornwort...that's why I've tossed most of mine in my 10g for my ACF's to eat with the piles of anacharis in there too HTH |
