Cup_of_Lifenoodles Fish Guru Posts: 2755 Kudos: 1957 Votes: 30 Registered: 09-Sep-2004 | IMOthe loaches are too active (and are all, may I add, bottom dwelling), and therefore need more than an inch per gallon. A twenty long is a bit cramped for that many loaches. I'd stay at five, but four would be more optimal. |

| john.stone Banned Posts: 1600 Kudos: 2332 Votes: 18 Registered: 03-Apr-2003 | I have 11 full grown yoyo loaches. I don't think yoyos should be kept in groups of less then 6 because they are far more social with company. A properly cared for 20gL will be fine for supporting 6 with 2 rams. |
