No, that tank is overstocked. If I were you, I'd add six of the tetras, the betta, and either a school of six small cories, or a small pleco.

if you mean a butterfly fish as in http://www.fishprofiles.com/profiles/fw/profile.asp?id=Pantodon+buchholzi they are quite particular to food, so i would advise against getting one.
id get 3 pakastani loaches, 6 red phantoms and something semi-sizeable like a keyhole..
