I have had only 3 Panda cories for some time now because unfortunately Pandas are very hard to come by where I live (and I am not a fan of fish via mail). So, unfortunately my guys have been without a shoal for too long and I am trying to help them out... Unfortunately the only other cories around here are Albinos.

Now, I am not the world's biggest fan of the Albinos, but I want to try and make my Pandas more comfortable and happy. So, would adding some Albinos make my Pandas happy or wouldn't it make too big of a difference to them?

I have a 20g tank... Ammonia/Nitrite at zero, Nitrate around 20. Running a TopFin 20 filter along with a Penguin Bio-Wheel 125. My current residents are 2 Cherry Barbs, 3 Harlies, 3 Panda Cories and one Male Betta (named "Sinatra" for the blue around his eyes).

I plan on increasing my school of Harlies to 7-8 tomorrow and if I did that, how many Albinos could I add to the tank and not overload it?

Any advice/comments/opinions/etc. are greatly appreciated and thanks to everyone who responds!

Well, you may be pushing your stocking limit with the additional fish.

You can add the Harlies school, but don't add any more Corydoras. I would wait & see if any more Panda's will arrive at your LFS.

Go ahead and add about 5 more harlies, and see if you can get something other than the albino corries...if that is all that is available to you, then get 3 or 4 of them to add to your broodmy poor corries don't know what they are and play with each other all the time, and I have 7 different types in the tank:%)so get 4 of something under 2.5 inches or so, and let it be if you are tired of waiting on finding some more pandas...of course if you could find them I'd say add some metaes to the tank
