Recently i have been having a lot of my cories giving laying eggs. In the past month i have had three different mother cories lay eggs, and one laid more than once. I am not sure why the sudden urge to breed, but i dont mind it. Just today one of my Corydoras aeneus, or green cory laid about 35 eggs, which are currently in a breeder cage. I added anti fungus stuff.

Corydoras aeneus are very easy to breed, especially if the water temperature has been declining with winter.
Is this the only species you have?

Come to think of it my albino's tank is perfect conditions for them to start breeding save a drop in the temp. I am kind of glad they havent because if they did I would have WAY to many to deal with because of there being 6 of them. Maybe after the peppered's find homes, well the ones I can't keep.

Wow you are lucky. My cories have never bred for me. Even my pandas. Must not be doing anything right.

I read a FAQ on panda breeding, I thought it was on here but the articles are still down. I just ordered pandas I have been wanting them for a while. I hope to get Males and Females because I plan on breeding them.

No, thats not the only species of cories. I have emerald cories, and corydoras agassizi. One of the 3 times my agassiz's breed and laid 130 eggs, but I didn't know how to do anything so I have 7 left. The last two times my green cories laid eggs. So yeah its pretty sweet.

There's not too much necessary to know about breeding c. panda. They, as with aeneus, are amongst the easiest callichthyids to breed. Fatten them up, cool water change--BAM instant eggs.
