I havn't kept the angelica loach personally but i have seen it in the LFS
I'd say it's like most botia species, easy to keep, likes to be in a group ect. It seems to be a wee bit more expensive though, around $30NZD

I've seen them at lfs here...kind of on the expensive side at $15 each US. Maybe after they've been in stores awhile the price will come down.

I have 1 of these
It is peaceful
It enjoys the company of a Queen Botia
It does not always eat off the bottom, is quite shy, and sleeps on its side- which can be unnerving at times.
It eats everything.
It is about 2 and half inches long.
It is playful and a joy to keep, and I could watch it all day if it would let me.
