	Asian Bottom Feeder for 10G

The centerpiece will be either a male Betta or a dwarf gourami with a small school of harlies or a pair of cherry barbs. I'd like to have a small Asian bottom feeder to round out the assortment. Can anyone recommend a species that would be compatible with the other occupants and suit the small tank? I was thinking about some sort of SAE, Golden Algae Eater or a dwarf loach but I don't have any experience with these species. Thoughts?

I wouldn't keep a dwarf chain loach in anything less than a 20 long since you need to keep at least 3 to keep them happy. Golden Algae eaters get large and really mean when older, and SAEs are too big for a 10 gallon tank. A betta and a trio of Kuhli loaches (not Dojo - they're way too big) would be great. Either regular striped kuhlis or black kuhlis would do well. Eric
