I would like to breed loricariids as my next fish to breed.

Could you suggest any which are moderately easy to breed?
Also could you give me info on its, Ph, min tank size, ease of rearing etc.
I dont really want BN catfish as I have alredy bred them.

After BNs, otos are proably the next easiest to breed. I'm not sure on the the details of how to do that, however.

Actually, I've heard breeding ottos is pretty uncommon--especially watching them in action. If there is an otto spawn it's usually one of those "I had two, but now I have five!!" sort of things. [Relatively] easy loricariid breeders are:

hypancistrus species
whiptails of all sorts
pterygoplichthys species

The latter two require large tanks for successful spawning, while the former may be very difficult to obtain while still keeping your checkbook full. Therefore, I would say that you'd be best off just finding another species of ancistrus to breed.

Yeah, I've heard that ottos spawnings are pretty scarce. However, the "common" bristlenose is really easy to breed. Just pick out a male and a female, put them into a tank with soft water and pH a little under 7.0, give them a cave, and they should spawn. Conditioning helps induce spawning, but it is not always necessary.

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
