Loaches & Corydoras will eat any uneaten food & they are very nice, but if are having uneaten food in your tank, it's better to feed less, than adding fish to do the job.

Your tank looks pretty full already. Adding more fish would just contribute to the problem.

Please do not add fish to help cut down your waste problem, as they will just contribute to it. Bottom feeders will not clean up your tank, they will eat food for the other fish and then they will add their own waste. I only know of a few fish that 'eat' waste and none of them are suitable for your tank. The best solution is to up the water changes, or to cut down on the amount you are feeding your fish, as a mature tank should not get that messy unless you have messy cichlids or the like.
I also am interested in your chose of glass cats and the RTBS in the same tank, glassies can be very nervous of boisterous tankmates so I am assuming the RTBS is still small?

Currently with your stocking you have
60 inches of fish in a 29g tank.
Thats significantly overstocked for such
a small tank.
Glass Cats grow to 5-6 inches,
and I really think they need more space
than a 29g can offer.
In a 29, the black skirts and rtbs
would be almost enough fish alone.
I really wouldnt add anything more.
