That is Corydoras paleatus, the peppered cory.

It is too hard to tell from the first pic, but from the second pic i agree with sirbooks that it is a peppered cory

Certain wild paleatus "strains" have fairly elongate dorsal fins, as do specially bred "hi fin" indivduals.

Corydoras paleatus, the Peppered Catfish, has a tall dorsal fin naturally. Most wild specimens show this, and the fins are especially elongate in the males. Commercially bred specimens do not show tall dorsals because they've been inbred a tad too much. Which makes the effort to breed selectively from commercial stock a 'hi fin' Peppered Cory a bit silly, when all they have to do is introduce some wild Cory genes into the bloodline and restore the original finnage!

Some wild paleatus have truly spectacular dorsals. Trouble is, if you want to see your paleatus develop them, even if they have the genes, they need plenty of space. More than they're usually given in home aquaria.

"hm, dident know they made corys with high dorsel fins.."

Yep, Corydoras paleatus can have nice tall dorsals. There are also other species in the genus with dorsal fins which stand out. C. pulcher]http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/callicht/corydora/266_1.PHP[/link], male [link=C. robustus, and C. filamentosus are in this category.
