It is definitely not a clown pleco, the stripes are too wide for that. It looks like a candy striped pleco to me.

Hard to tell. Those reticulated face markings are rare in the large, parallel banded candy stripe. It could be one of many similarly colored peckoltia species. It's markings are similar to that of the tiger striped pleco, L 38, but not readily perp. to the tail.

Definitely not a Clown, the colors of the Pekoltia are much more defined.
