I bought these little guys a couple of months ago, sorry the pics aren't clear, they are so tiny (3/4" maybe) and fast!

I ordered Pandas, they supposidly shipped habrosus but I think they may be pygmaeus. They were so tiny when I got them (1/2" ) and they have only grown 1/4" in a couple of months. Does this ID sound about right?

Definitely look like C. pygmaeus to me. How many do you have? Most of the very small cories like to be kept in larger group than usual.

Since I ordered pandas, I only got 4 to fill out that school. Now I have to find more pandas and pygmaeus. Not a bad thing.

I love pygmaeus! I just can't find them locally (Philadelphia area). Did you order them online? We do have Pandas locally, but of course I'm looking for metae right now, and they are nowhere to be found. Enjoy your new fishies!

Thanks Joe, I love them too, they are so cute! I got them from AZgardens.com. They weren't what I ordered so I don't know if they have more.

I've been looking for pygmies for such a long time and pandas around here are so expensive.

Thanks a lot for the info.

Pygmy corys rare/expensive?

At my store we sell them for $0.99 and have them all the time...

I've never seen a store selling pygmies in DC or MD.

It's a shame that I don't live in the San Francisco area. Otherwise, Cory Addict, I'd be in your store quite often.
