well i have a bandit cory, and i was wondering how big they get at full size??? because i have heard 2 and then 3 inches so i am not sure.

It first depends on whether you have C. melini or C. metae as these are very similar fish - C. melini is the larger of the two. Second it depends on whether you are measuring Standard length (SL) or Total Length (TL). Standard length is from the tip of the snout to the the caudal peduncle, or the length of the fish without the tail fin. The total length includes the tail fin. The standard length of C. melini is about 2.4" max, and C. metae is 2".

so should i just basically just go by 2 inches? because i have no idea what fish i have of the two but it is for sure, 100% a bandit cory.

Do some searching on the 2 names Alkyne gave you. That way you can be sure which one you actually have. If you don't find out for sure, it's better to be safe and use the larger size.
