	Dojo Loach Question
Mindless Fingerling Posts: 20 Kudos: 10 Votes: 0 Registered: 21-Jul-2003	I was told my the owner of a fish store that Dojo loaches don't eat snails. Was wondering if this is true? I don't know myself but this info came from someone who also told me Endlers are painted fish so I figured I should ask before buying. Thanks!

mariosim Enthusiast Posts: 207 Kudos: 245 Votes: 20 Registered: 28-Jul-2004	my pair sometimes suck them up in their mouths while scouring for food, but they do not eat them- the snails are always quickly spit out. regardless, they are awesome loaches to care for. unless you must have something for snail control, i would highly recommend them.

The Dojos looked so friendly, I did bring two home for my goldfish tank. They get along great but I might now have to get more for my 55gal. Sorry your loach passed away, ANgel Eel.
