mariosim![]() Enthusiast Posts: 207 Kudos: 245 Votes: 20 Registered: 28-Jul-2004 ![]() ![]() | mine is a similar size. large chunks of zucchini (with the flesh exposed) is quickly turned into swiss cheese overnight. it inhales the smaller sinking pellets, and the larger algea wafers are also devoured with gusto. it also rasps on a tiny piece of driftwood. it munches on kale, but it seems to just snack on it. i have read other posts suggesting broccoli, but i have not had much luck with it. basically, try various veggies to see what yours prefers. |

As for veggies, of course zuchini but also cucumber, tomato, watermelon and various types of lettuce. I also have a piece of wood I bring in from the pond for a live algae treat. |
