paul_219![]() ![]() ![]() Banned Posts: 71 Kudos: 47 Votes: 4 Registered: 25-Dec-2005 ![]() ![]() | i bought food for my pleco but the problem is that other fish r eating them . he couldnt eat anything . what can i do for him . should i remove hime him and feed him then feed him seperatetly. i feed the other fish then i feed the pleco. help plz my pleco is a bit thin. I have 1 rainbow shark 2 walking catfish and 1 rainbow shark. i feeding him small circle and they r different color. should i remove him and feed him seperatly. Who are the other fish? How do you feed? I assume you feed algae wafers to the pleco and the others are going for it before the pleco can. If that is right then try to break them into smaller pieces and spread them out over the tank. Removing the fish to feed him/her specifically does not seem to be such a great idea as you stress the fish each time you do so. Also you could try (as a last resort) to add way too much food and after a few minutes (and after the pleco ate) remove any remains (very very important). Hope this helps, Ingo ![]() |
