Hey!
I have now removed all of my fish except the 14 Black phantoms and 3 clown loaches because iam going to have discus soon.
My tank is now starting to get some green spot algea,i removed the algea from the glass but now it starts to get on my rocks and gravel.
Therefor i would like to have a list of the best algea eaters that can handle 28-30C/82F-86F.
thanks.

No, the BN will not bother anyone in the tank and neither should anyone bother it. They don't share the same food source. BN are quite docile, mine sleeps all day anyway. I have two yo-yo loaches who have killed tetras in the past, but they leave my BN alone, in fact, they like to nap with her. She is a very effecient algae eater and I'm very pleased. My only complaint is the amount of waste she produces, I have to do water changes and vacuum the gravel twice a week. But I expect it to subside a little once the algae is gone.
Good luck.

Ive heard scare stories about various plecs attacking the mucous layer of discus, but ive never witnessed it , and ive kept plecs and discus together for years. I think people are witnessing a bit of scavenging on already terminally ill fish, which lets face it , most fish are not strictly above.

I got a L-001 and he is a small guy only 5-6cm and hopefully he will not bother my Discus when he gets bigger.

Just wanted to add that I personally don't know of any fish that will eat the green spot algae that you cannot manually remove by your fingers. The ones on the glass you have to remove manually with hard plastic or razor blade. The ones that are fused onto leaves will stay on there until you remove the leaves. BTW, green spot algae is usually a sign of phosphate deficiency.
