Hastatus Cories | |
superlion Mega Fish Posts: 1246 Kudos: 673 Votes: 339 Registered: 27-Sep-2003 | I have read that Hastatus pygmy cories don't spend much time on the bottom. The ones I saw at the LFS were spending about half their time on the bottom sifting thru the sand substrate and half their time swimming up and down along the glass. I am thinking about getting 5-6 small cories for the 10 gallon at church (see this thread) as bottom dwellers, and the choices are Hastatus or pandas. Hastatus I could get tomorrow morning, the LFS only had 4 pandas today. Will Hastatus cories generally eat sinking tablet food? Will they generally stay out of the way of the cherry barbs? (the cherries don't really seem to care about other fish anyway) ><> |
