Hi all
Has anyone else noticed that Java loaches are more "active" than striped?

Just noticed something and tried verifing it on the net but my searchs are in vain.

I have java(black) and striped (leopard) loaches in 3 different tanks. Varying from 3 of each to 5 each. There is no doubt in my mind that the Java loachs are seen far more often than the striped, in all tanks.
While i have spotted them all and know they are all fine etc, the Java are always about even spotted during the day. The striped far less.
