I know that they would get along but how asthetically pleasing would 2 schools of cories and a school of yoyos look. |

Sin in Style![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Mega Fish Posts: 1323 Kudos: 1119 Votes: 165 Registered: 03-Dec-2003 ![]() ![]() | i have 2 schools of cories and 3 yoyos in my 75g. 12 cories alltogether. as far as activity goes the loaches fill in the time between feedings when the cories come out. and about out competing you just need to realise the yoyos will eat faster then cories and be on the food first. i feed a pellet that the yoyos cant resist the same time i drop in tons of flake for the tetras and gouramis. the fish obviously miss lots of flake as it gets caught in the current. by the time the flake settles on th ebottom the cories are out in force cleaning it up while the yoyos are still working on that pellet. another way i make sure the cories get food is i feed 30 misn after lights out. ill drop in 2 algae wafers, one for the pleco and one for the cories. the yoyos arnt much interested in the algae wafers that ive noticed.they dotn care for shrimp pellets either. but bloodworms the cories dont see many of those lol.
