I suppose it's possible they were brochis splendens but I doubt it. Aeneus are usually labelled as "bronze" but they do look kind of greenish. ![]() Here's a link with a picture of long finned C. aeneus: [link=http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/callicht/corydora/51_7.php]http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/callicht/corydora/51_7.php" style="COLOR: #fed6ea[/link] |

Is there only those 2? If so you really need to think about getting a few more...not just because they are so much fun to watch, and that I really love them, but for the simple fact that they really belong in a school ![]() ![]() heidi "I've got a great ambition to die of exhaustion rather than boredom." I don't think the poster is talking about those hideous Bronze Corys with the long fins. ![]() I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash. |

And they look like this only with a slightly higher dorsal fin [link=http://www.aquaworld.netfirms.com/Siluroidei/Corydoras/Brochis_splendens.htm ]http://www.aquaworld.netfirms.com/Siluroidei/Corydoras/Brochis_splendens.htm [/link] Last edited by kmpaton at 06-Jul-2005 20:09 |

As they grow, their dorsal fin gets shorter until it is pretty much just the height as any other cory's dorsal fin. ![]() I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash. |
