I have 3 cories. I can't remember what kind they are. I think they might be juulli cories. They have lots of spots, and shine very blueish-green sometimes.

Last night I noticed eggs stuck all over the tank ( glass and plants ). They are in a 10 gallon with 4 guppies.

I have a separate tank I could put the eggs into, should I be moving the eggs? And what is the safest way to take them off the glass without crushing them?

Do they have any special requirements? I've had livebearer babies many times and I feed them a special baby powder, is this what I would feed to the cory babies?

Congratulations

If it were me, I'd leave them where they are and let nature take it's course. It seems that love is in the air with corries lately I have recently discovered cory fry of my own...On feeding them, mine seemed to survive fine on what they scavenged from the bottom of the tank, and are thriving...

Just so that you aren't as surprised as I was when I found the fry, here is a link to a picture of just how tiny they are. Again Congratulations!

you don't think they'll get eaten by the guppies and adult cories?

I would leave the eggs where they are & move the Guppy's & Corydoras in the seperate tank or else fill the seperate tank with the same water as the 10Gal. tank & put the eggs there. You must also add an airstone for water movement. You can use a creditcard to remove the eggs from the glass, but be extra carafull & goodluck with your Corydoras.

they are in their own tank now, and have been hatched for about a week. There are around 20 of them and they are starting to be very active.

You probably don't have to worry about the adult Corys eating them. My Pandas live quite happily with their fry. In fact it's amusing at times watching the fry play tag with mommy and daddy

The guppies might be a different matter. They may be tempted to try and snack on the baby Corys. However, they'll get a shock if they do, because even baby Corys have the fin spines and armour defence from an early age.
