Yeah I got corys last weekend.

My LFS had 6 Corydoras "panda" left so I gave them an offer and got a pretty ridiculously low price on them. Looking a little bit more closely this weekend (yeah I can be really dumb sometimes) I realized I have 4 C. metae and 2 C. panda. The pandas are a lot smaller than the metae so I'm guessing they probably just came in all mixed together and nobody really bothered to get a good look at them. They all school together so they should be fine but I may pick up a few more pandas just to increase the odds of them breeding.

I have absolutely fallen in love with these little corys, they are better to watch than TV. They like to tease my ram and are constantly playing in the sand. They are probably the most active corys I have ever seen and I'm looking forward to a bunch of babies if I'm successful in breeding them.

Here's a pic of one of the C. metae:

Very nice, Tryst! I almost bought some metae cories myself yesterday, but settled on corydoras septentrionalis. Bandit (metae) cories are really tough to breed, so it would be awesome if you were able to spawn them!

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."

The 2 pandas are really small, only about 1" or so and they rarely sit still so they're really hard to catch on camera. I'll try to get some pics today.
