i have 10 albino cories in a 55 51ll0n tank and ive noticerd latelt that their school has been swimming very oraganized usually my 3 biggest ones swim side by side horizontally and then the other 6 swimm right biehind them in a broken line line are they scared and the biggest 3 have been swimming in front of them so that they cant fight of what it is and prtect the smaller ones or what i dont get it the only thing in the tank with them is a betta and dwarf gourami(i got a nice betta)and they never mess withthem any ideas?

Corydoras are a bit wierd & do funny things. IMO they are normal & I don't think that the big 3 are protecting the others. Do you have any hiding places?. If they are afraid of something, they just hide & come out when the place is safer.

Don't worry, it is perfectly normal. Cories don't follow the rules when it comes to fish, and will act weird in ways that you never thought of. Your cories are just doing what comes naturally.

Cories don't follow the rules when it comes to fish


That's the truth Sometimes it's difficult not to worry when fish are doing something that doesn't seem 'normal' but I think your cories are just fine.
