I'm kinda new to pandas so I wasnt sure if this was a sympton of a disease or just pandas being silly? Any ideas? Should i post this in the hospital too? P.S. I did a partial water change today, the same as i always do. Sam I usually have bubbles after my water changes, and we decided this was normal. but i think i saw a few bubbles sticking to my little panda earlier today, are these ok too? As soon as you are sure your tank is healthy i would get more pandas. |

I've noticed that sick Corydoras tend to swim near the top of the tank, gulp air from the surface continually, and bang into things with their heads. This behavior is usually a symptom of poor health in cories, I'm sorry to say. Air bubbles are usually okay, though I think I've heard somewhere that bubbles sticking to a fish cause problems. I don't remember what it was, though. |

The best thing is to do water changes & have the water as clean as possible. Hopefully the others will survive & when you are sure that they are all fine, you can add some more. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.deathbydyeing.org/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |
