	Pleco & pond snails
kegman75 Small Fry Posts: 14 Kudos: 11 Votes: 0 Registered: 04-Feb-2006	Has anyone ever heard of pleco's (common) choking on snails?? Ive gotten 2 plecos recently and both died after about 3-4 weeks.( I got one then the other) They adjusted quickly and seemed to be feeding its the only thing I can think of?? Ive never had pleco die in less than a year? PH 8.0 0am ,water change every week 25% (30 gal) 6guppy 1 Amazon, carpet of hygro, clay pots to hide in day about 11 hr light no CO2.

And even if it could happen I highly doubt it would happen 2 times in a row.. 10G- 6 Zebra Danios, 1 Upside Down Catfish 20G- 1 Goldfish 72G(maybe95)- Need Stock suggestions
