Ok, so after surfing Planet Catfish, I found that my Gold Nugget pleco is species Baryancistrus CF. Niveatus.
Planet Catfish has no info on this guy, and I would like to know a little about him. I know he likes both algae wafers and sinking tablets for bottom feeders, he grabs them in his mouth and fin waddles back to his hiding spot with them. He is a robust 2 and a half inches in length minus the tail. He has the definite blockish head shape like zebra plecs have. So tell me about him!

scotcat.com lists his number as L142, and planetcatfish.com lists his number as N/A.
Scotcat says he will reach 6 inch max.
Hes solid black with BIG gold spots if that helps.

Definitely sounds like a baryancistrus sp. to me---or possibly a leo. I can't access planetcat for reasons unknown (pertaining to something java related), but I'll give it a whirl later today at school.
