It's easy enough to tell apart from a regular fat cory, because there's more of a bulge than just around the stomach. How would this be horrible news? It's not like you have to deliver the baby fish yourself.  |

Do a 50% water change and a gravel vac, lower the temperature by 2 degrees Celsius, then feed the Corys with some live Bloodworm. If the 'fat' ones start being chased all over the place at speed by slender ones, you have females ready to spawn. If you see the 'T' position, they're spawning. Here is a picture of my Pandas in the 'T' position. If you see this, your Corys are spawning.  |
