	Probably been asked a million times already but....

I'm not an Aussie, but I think that the reason the fish aren't allowed there has something to do with the environmental impact. If the zebra plecos were released into a river, lake, stream, etc., then they might eliminate some of the native fish species. As for the other questions, I have no clue. And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
