They are not small fish. If you want something that will eat hair algae, try an American Flag Killie. I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

Not only do they get fairly robust, but they are also active schoolers. If you are going to add a school of 6 Corys to that tank, thats about your limit. Yes, the larger fatter cory is probably a female. If you want an algae eating fish, perhaps a bristlenose pleco would be in order? Keep in mind that they also get to about 6 inches I believe, though it could be slightly smaller. They alone fully stock your tank in my opinion.
