are Dainty Cories/Salt and Pepper Catfish and Dwarf/Pygmy Corydoras good fish???

Yes.

do they really only get as big as an inch???

The females will get about 1.25-1.5" inches, but the males will stay about an inch long.

are they fun and active???

Yes. They tend to behave more like tetras (shoaling in the middle levels) than other corys.

are these fish easy to find in a LFS???

It depends on where you are. Around here, Corydoras pygmaeus is very common, and Corydoras habrosus is very rare. I have never even seen Corydoras hastatus in any store.

I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.
