i got it at petsmart, it says its a dragon goby. but in the dragon goby profile they aren't the same fish. i know that it is a brackish water fish but i don't know what ti feed it.

If so, here is a thread about them. They basically eat small foods like plankton.

Gobioides broussonnetii, the Violet Goby, is a quirky fish. It's a planktivore, and foods for this fish should include live Daphnia, Brine Shrimp and live Bloodworm. It also should be kept in mild to moderately brackish water for best health.
