How do i make my albino catfish grow really big really fast and the same with my bristlenose catfish.

What do you mean by "grow really big really fast"?.
Do you mean force feed them?.

bristlenose are slow growing fish, and they live a long time (10-15 years from what i've heard) there's just not much speeding it up. However all of your fish will grow better if you feed them live or frozen food, though brtistlenose generaly lean towwards vegetable matter by far.

Actually vet, i disagree my BN grew very quickly

i remember it growing about 1cm a week at one stage.

at least, my BN seems to grow quickly

I think most fish grow faster when in an understocked tank, with frequent water changes, along with fresh foods, be they live or veggie.
