Anybody have any information on this fish? Thats all I know is the common name. Saw them today at the pet store. They had a wide mouth, and looked very similiar to a rubberlip pleco, except they were much darker, and light gray patches on them. So anybody know anything about them? How big do they get?

The fish you saw was probably a spotted bulldog pleco, but a mislabeled one. They are in the genus Chaetostoma, and are fair algae eaters. If the ones you saw looked like the one in [link=this]http://planetcatfish.com/catelog/loricari/chaetost/308_1.php" style="COLOR: #808080[/link] link, then it was a spotted bulldog. I hope this helps you out.

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."

Well looking at the first picture that came up, that definitly isn't it. But I browsed the pictures and found this http://planetcatfish.com/catelog/loricari/chaetost/1173_1.php and that appears to be what it was, thanks for the link. Ok, from that, does anybody have any knowledge or experience?
