![]() | Suggested Bottom-Feeders for a 10G? |
Aqua Newbie n MS![]() Hobbyist Posts: 102 Votes: 1 Registered: 01-Jan-2006 ![]() ![]() | Yep, 4 was to be the absolute maximum number of swordtails that I was going to try. My male seems to have grown significantly in the short time I have had him and I can see how it would get crowded in there quickly. I was trying to stick with the 3:1 female:male ratio that others have suggested but 2:1 may be just as well. He seems not to be too aggressive towards his lone tank mate now. Any bottom feeder suggestions besides snails? ![]() |

They get big and multiply rather quickly. Perhaphs doing a 2f:1m ratio might work... I like snails as bottom feeders ^_^ You could try breeding applesnails! Fun, fun, fun! ![]() ![]() |
