Could you get a good, unobstructed side-shot? That way, the tail, fins, patterning, and head would all be visible. The fish reminds me of an Ancistrus, at least in the head area. It could be Ancistrus claro, but I wouldn't know without a better picture. |

There are a number of Ancistrus sp. fish, which have not been given their own official species/subspecies names. Many of these fish look very similar, as well.
