Okay, I did it. Despite all the advice in the world, I went and bought me skunk loaches.

I want to put them in my cichlid tank but they are less than an inch in size, so I am worried my cichlids (who are juveniles but very aggressive) will make a snack out of them.

On the other hand, I have a loach tank with 8 Zebras (4 existing and 4 I am going to put in today), 18 clowns, 5 kuhlies, 1 pleco, 1 angel and 2 Denison barbs.

So where do I put the skunks?

Hey clowny seems about right we lose a fish and replace it with 10 more:%) Put them in the loach tank till they get bigger, and then move them, unless you have plenty of places they can hide from the cichlids in the cichlid tank, but then i'd be sure to watch them carefully...you never know the skunks may hold their own The best answer here thoughget another tank and set it up for themheidi

Hey, u wont believe this, but I put the poor little babies in the cichlid tank, and I have been feeding the cichlids shrimp, and the skunks are about tat size, and a jewel caught one in his fat mouth and shook him up real good

So I went for the net, caught them, and took them out. The cichlids just wouldnt stop chasing them. They are now healthy and happy in the clown tank.

Does anybody have any suggestions on what to feed baby skunk loaches??? Something packed from Tetra would be good, coz tats the brand I can get easily here.
